We are the heartbeat of our homes, and also the go-to person at work. We’ve been going full steam for years and have accomplished a lot.  Looking back, there are so many things about what we’ve done that we can feel proud of.  In this next part of our lives, we may be looking forward to taking more time for ourselves.

As we move into midlife, we start noticing things are changing.  Not just navigating up to and through menopause - which can be a lot. But more than that, it just feels like EVERYTHING is shifting in our world - our career, marriage, friendships, finance, family, even our health. We may find ourselves feeling very unsettled and even anxious almost every day.

When I was moving toward my fifties, it seemed like I was in some kind of weird ‘perfect storm’ of several things going sideways all at once.
